Boulangerie Poilâne - bakery
In the bakeries of each of the two boutiques, meet the baker himself, who will tell you about his expertise: the delicate workmanship involved in the making of Poilâne bread, which is then baked in a wood-fired oven – the secret of its flavour since 1932.

Marché de Rungis - Wholesale market
Rungis is the only market in the world to present such a huge range of fresh produce. Fish, meat, dairy produce and cheese, fruit and vegetables, and cut flowers are installed by 26,000 vehicles over a surface of 230 hectares. Seeing Rungis means setting your alarm clocks - visits begin at 5am!

Individuals: the second Friday of each month. Coach departs at 5am from the Place Denfert-Rochereau;
Groups: with their own coach: start of the visit in Rungis at 5:00 am and 8:00am
-Length of visit: 2hrs30 for the 8:00 am visit, 3hrs for the 5:00 am visit
