In 2009, the chef Eric Fréchon has thus seen his talent celebrated with the most prestigious reward of the gastronomic world. Already recognized for his cuisine, this former-second-in-command at the restaurant « Les Ambassadeurs » at the Crillon hotel also boasts the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France. His fine recipes have also made him the favouite chef of the French president, Nicolas Sarkozy.

The Winter Restaurant is a former theatre created by Jules de Castellane, with a ceiling finely-worked in gold-leaf and decorated with an allegory of the four seasons. Hungarian oak wood panelling. 18th century Lille tapestries. The Summer Restaurant opens on the 1,200 m² French garden when the sun shines.
