Haute cuisine/Gastronomy
District : Champs-Elysées / Louvre
Description :
There is a bit of the ostentation of the Château de Versailles in the restaurant of the Hotel du Crillon. Marble, gold leaf on the walls, enormous chandeliers and magnificent glass roofs … this is a gastronomic deluxe restaurant. The menu proposed by the young and talented chef Christopher Hache (trained by Alain Senderens) is light, elegant and contemporary, using not too many ingredients but with an emphasis on the freshness and quality of products. An aristocratic menu for an atmosphere that is equally aristocratic: the Michelin Guide has recognized the quality of the cuisine awarding it its first star in 2011!
