le Jardin des Cygnes

Traditional French cuisine

District : Champs-Elysées / Louvre

Description :

Situated on avenue George V, near to the Champs-Elysées, Le Jardin des Cygnes has benefited from the expertise of Benoist Rambaud since 2004, who trained under various master chefs and in a starred restaurant ‘ Les Trois Marches’ at Versailles. The hotel decor is decorated in classic art deco style but the dishes are highly original: foie Gras de Canard mi-cuit aux Griottes et son Mendiant, Chutney aux Figues, Canon d’Agneau en Habit d’Herbes et ses Châtaignes, Moussaka d’Aubergines, Jus corsé à l’Ail rose, Homard rôti en robe de Kadaïf, Beurre Carotte Soja ... Serving classic dishes with a new twist and nouvelle cuisine, the menu at the Jardin des Cygnes offers a gastronomic adventure to the most demanding palates.
