Description :

Managed by the group Alain Ducasse since the end of 2006, the Jules Verne, a gourmet restaurant on the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, reopened on 22 December 2007 after several months of renovation work. At 125 metres above the ground, you can sample some innovative and tasty cuisine orchestrated by the chef Pascal Féraud, Alain Ducasse’s star pupil, while admiring an incomparable view of the French capital.

News

The restaurant, fully renovated and taken up by Alain Ducasse at the beginning of 2007, re-opened on 22 December 2007. The chef Pascal Féraud is one of Alain Ducasse's star pupils.
