Brasserie
District : Saint-Germain-des-Prés / Musée d'Orsay / Montparnasse
Description :
A venerable Paris institution, Brasserie Lipp has been a Saint Germain des Près landmark for more than 120 years. Since it was opened in 1880 by Léonard Lipp, the Brasserie has enjoyed a strong literary and political reputation. Its famous clients have included Gide, Malraux, Proust, St Exupéry, Camus and Sartre.
The Brasserie is still a favourite with the capital’s politicians, journalists, writers and artists. In fact, you’re just as likely to bump into Bernard-Henri Lévy, Fabrice Luccini and Jean Paul Gaultier as Jack Nickolson, Sophia Coppola, Sandrine Kimberlain and Benjamin Biola... Don’t miss it!
