Angelina asked Alexis Mabille, a fashion designer, to picture the yule-log cake of his dreams...  After choosing Angelina for some of his fashion shows, Alexis Mabille was immediately charmed and decided to dedicated his talent to culinary art: "We worked with Sebastian Bauer to play with the visual appearance of the product as well as the taste, to achieve this lovely cake padded with crunchy button and beribboned of silver chocolate... between fashion and pastry. "This yule-log, very flighty and feminine, contains a creamy heart of chestnuts, candied apples and a confit of yuzu and lime. This heart is surrounded by yuzu and milk chocolate ganache, a crispy caramelized pecans, the whole thing on a chocolate biscuit without chocolate flour... an elegant mix of intense softness both fondant and crunchy. The yule-Log cake is available for 6 or 8 people. Limited edition. Available by reservation (24 hours in advance), only Rue de Rivoli from December 21 to 26 included
