What a distinction for Sensing! The restaurant landed its first star in the Michelin Guide in 2011! It offers clients affordable cooking and amazing flavours. The menu features inventive dishes: Twice cooked pork, Sichuan pepper sauce, seasonal vegetables, caramelized pigeon with muscovado sugar, braised kale, etc. all served in a chic modern and convivial setting.
Lunch from Tuesday to Saturday from 12-noon to 2pm
Dinner from Monday to Saturday from 7.30pm to 10pm
Fixed-price lunch menu: 35€-55€. Dinner: 75€. Tasting menu: 95€.
