Traditional French cuisine
District : Châtelet – Les Halles - Sentier
Member of the Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau
Description :
A country inn look despite being in the centre of Paris. The Ambassade d'Auvergne serves up traditional specialities from the Auvergne region in generous proportions! On the menu: Beef from Salers, Lamb from Marvejols, Crispy head of veal from Ségala ... But the restaurant’s star dish is the traditional and flavoursome ‘aligot’ (mashed potatoes and cheese), served as an accompaniment to a tasty sausage from Parlant or roast breast of duck. A great address, especially in cold winter weather.
