Traditional French cuisine
District : Opéra / Grands boulevards
Description :
Taken over by the Alain Ducasse and Thierry de la Brosse group, this bistro dating back to 1892 retains its past charm: art nouveau decor, moleskin banquettes, mouldings, round lights and earthenware tiles. Foodwise, the classics of cooking from the Lyon region have been given a wonderful modern twist by the chef Frédéric Thévenet, formerly at Guy Savoy: frogs in parsley, pike quenelles with Nantua sauce, plaice à la grenobloise ... Expertise and ultra fresh products are de rigueur.
Opening times: Until 11pm. Closed Saturday lunchtime, Sunday and Monday.
