Description :
Enjoy a sweeping view of Paris while you dine at this aptly named restaurant on the 56th floor of the Tour Montparnasse, open seven days a week for lunch and dinner...
Chef Jean-François Oyon and his team concoct mouth-watering dishes such as “Chair de Tourteau aux Perles du Japon en Ravigote, sur une Mousseline d’Oursins”, “Raviole Ouverte de Langoustines dans une Emulsion au Parfum d’Orange”, “Pavé de Foie de Veau aux Câpres et Raifort Confit, Pomme Ratte Ecrasée au Beurre Demi-Sel” and, to follow, “Fruits de la Passion Gorgés de Riz au Lait, Mikado Croquant”.
The Ciel de Paris is a treat for the eyes as well as the palate.
