(Batavia lettuce, rocket, young shoots, lamb’s lettuce, mesclun, etc.) or starchy food (tabbouleh, bulgur wheat, pasta, etc.), to which you can add different ingredients to make up your salad such as tomatoes, tuna, sweetcorn, avocado, smoked ham, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, goat’s cheese, etc. Accompany your salad with one of the many sauces offered and tuck in. Other ‘green’ offerings to try include soups, smoothies, wraps, tarts and desserts.
