Sadaharu Aoki started out at the Chandon cake shop in Tokyo. Fascinated by French culture and produce, he came to France to train in the capital. He soon became successful and is now sought after by couture houses for which he organizes buffets for fashion shows and in 2011 he opened his first shop in the 6th arrondissement. A perfectionist, Sadaharu Aoki rethinks the great classics of French patisserie with the emphasis on fresh ingredients and with a touch here and there of Japanese ingredients.
