Previously director at the Bristol, Antoine Vigneron opened his restaurant ‘Chez Antoine’ and engaged the young Mickaël Féval. Specializing in seafood, the restaurant menu experiments with flavours using fresh products: Croustillant of Sole, Scampi and basil; Sea bream Royale Rossini style, Bouillabaisse with coastal fish... Dishes to savour with a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower. The restaurant landed its well-deserved first star in the Michelin Guide in 2011.
