Traditional French cuisine
District : Opéra / Grands boulevards
Description :
You would think it was the South of France, or more precisely Gascony right in the heart of Paris. A proud native of Gascony and lover of regional gastronomy, Denis Méliet had already begun sharing local specialities at his restaurant in Toulouse. So successful was it that two additional establishments have now opened in Paris. Le J'go became famous because of four types of meat: Quercy lamb, Bigorre black pork, Gers free-range chicken and duck from the South-West. It goes without saying that the products are carefully chosen and always of high quality and that the wine is always in perfect harmony with this regional cooking.
