Bistro
District : Notre-Dame / Quartier Latin
Description :
‘I will never be able to describe the enthusiasm that some many wonderful meals in Japan inspired in me. Some of them still remain imprinted on my palate’. Philippe Delacourcelle was deeply impressed by his stay in Japan. On his return, the chef together with his brother Marc, a sommelier, established the Pré Verre: a neo-bistro attractively decorated and presenting a variety of game with touches of Asian flavours. You can enjoy suckling pig and crispy cabbage with spices, lamb sweetbread and shellfish juice, beef with wasabi sauce. Although the cooking is inventive and almost gastronomic, the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is often full so it is essential to book in advance.
