HOW TO ORGANIZE MADE-TO-MEASURE TRANSPORT SERVICES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE, IN PARIS AND THE SURROUNDING AREA ?

Bus-adaptes-3-250-165_1 PAM IDF provides specialist transport services for disabled people who are unable to use public transport or for whom this would be too difficult.

The PAM service was created at the initiative of the government and is financed by the Paris Region and STIF.

To use the PAM service of a particular département, it is necessary to apply for a personalized card in advance.

Provincial and foreign visitors to Paris can use this service if they register in advance for temporary membership.

However, it is not always easy for non-Parisian visitors to obtain a reservation as journeys between home and work are prioritized and the service can be very busy.

Your required journey must be booked at the départemental reservation centre at least 24 hours in advance by telephone, fax, mail or email.
