Saphir: Air France’s booking service for disabled people
Saphir is a free booking service for reduced-mobility passengers for the Air France airline network in 19 countries.
Saphir agents are at your disposal to:
- inform you on the procedures to follow and the price reductions available to you.
- make a reservation for you taking your specific needs into account.
The Saphir card:
If you are a frequent traveller, ask for the Saphir card.
It is personalized and free and allows Saphir staff members to identify you immediately when making a booking.
The card is free, enables you to benefit from preferential rates and offers you services adapted to your needs, at each stage of your journey. Valid for 5 years, the Saphir card can be used on all Air France routes.
