On arrival at the airport
On arrival at the airport
Aéorports de Paris (ADP) ensures that disabled passengers and those with reduced mobility receive assistance from the moment they arrive, right through to their installation onboard the aircraft.
You will be guided into the terminal and assisted at each stage: identity check, baggage reclaim, and customs. You are reserved priority access.
Indicate your arrival
Whatever mode of transport you use, notify the airport of your arrival via the customer assistance terminals or at the reception areas or check-in desk of your airline company to obtain assistance.
The customer assistance terminals are located in each terminal, near to reserved car park spaces and the taxi set-down area.
