The following information is taken from the special guide for the disabled traveller published by the SNCF (French Railways). It lists all facilities for the disabled in the following main Parisian railway stations:
- gare d'Austerlitz: 01 53 60 74 73

- Paris-gare de Lyon: 01 53 33 19 96
- gare Montparnasse: 01 40 48 04 78
- gare du Nord: 01 55 31 58 55
- gare Saint-Lazare: 01 53 42 01 09
which are equipped with the following facilities :
- parking areas
- dedicated lifts
- wheelchairs
- access ramps
- elevating platforms giving access to and from trains/elevators
- dedicated toilets
- dedicated telephone booths
- dedicated ticket windows
An electric small car service is offered to disabled people at the reception in the Paris gare de Lyon station. This service will soon be available at other Parisian railway stations.
A public association, founded by the SNCF and the RATP, makes a team of accompanying adults available to physically disabled people in the Paris region and for trips in the French provinces.
