Opening of the St. Christopher’s Paris hostel
There is a new youth hostel in the French capital. The Hostel St. Christopher Paris opened in January within a hotel complex on Quai de la Seine in the 19th arrondissement on the site formerly occupied by the Magasins Généraux de Paris.
Run by the British youth hostels chain St Christopher’s Inns, the hostel sleeps 275 people in dormitory rooms with four to eight beds. Each bed is curtained off and has its own plug socket, locker and bedside lamp.
There are shared bathroom facilities. A few private rooms are also available. The Belushi's bar is a proper diner with meals including salads and traditional fare, while the hostel’s Internet café is equipped with about 15 computers. Try out this new accommodation option!
