MUSEE NATIONAL DE L'AIR ET DE L'ESPACE Subscriber

This is the oldest aeronautics museum in the world! Initially it was established in Chalais-Meudon in 1921, and then as it grew in size it was transferred elsewhere... In 1973, as part of the new Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle airport project, it was decided to bring together its collections at the prestigious site that is Le Bourget airport. This outstanding collection, devoted to ballooning, aviation and space, groups no less than 19,595 objects and documents, relating the history of flight in all its forms, from the 15th century to the present day.
