Museum UCAD Renowned banker from Paris’ Belle Epoque, Moïse de Camondo passionately collected furniture and art objects from the French 18th century, reuniting an ensemble of rare quality. In 1911, he commissioned the architect René Sergent to construct a town house, on the edge of the Parc Monceau. The Petit Trianon de Versailles lends itself as a model, but behind the admirable decor of the wood-panelled apartments are modern installations: kitchens, offices and bathrooms.
