Even its name will change! Come back in 2013 to discover a brand new wonderful Musée des Sciences naturelles de l’homme. To include a great journey through time from man’s appearance 150,000 years ago to the present day, in a totally museum layout.
Current events
Closed since 23 March 2009 for 3 years of renovation work, reopening in 2012.
Following on from the Grand Galerie de l'Evolution which stops at the appearance of our species. This new museum will present Man, a unique race, how it has populated the planet since appearing 150,000 years ago, its specificities and relation to primates and its interaction with nature and the changes they have wrought on eachother.
