Formerly named the Passerelle Solférino, the Passerelle Léopold Sédar Senghor is a bridge covered in exotic wood from Brazil situated in the 7th arrondissement. The bridge was named on the centenary anniversary of the birth of the writer, poet and politician, Léopold Sédar Senghor.
