Informations :
La Commanderie, a temple then hospital, de Coulommiers, established in 1173, has known 8 centuries of incessant human occupation.
A farm until 1963, it still retains its barns and dovecote, etc.
A listed building, it is the last complete agricultural and monastic organization of the order of the temple for the north of France.
The site has been undergoing restoration work by volunteers of the Association ATAGRIF since 1966.
