Open since 26 May 2009, the Musée des graffitis invites graffiti artists to show their talent on panels that are changed every 15 days. The best ones are saved to form a collection. This museum project is the orignal idea of a local district association Lilolila, 295 rue de Belleville, which has cultivated a shared garden in the 19th arrondissement since 2004.
