RISING STARS
To be awarded one star by the Michelin Guide is already a prestigious distinction as according to the scale of the famous guide this signifies, ‘very good cooking’. In Paris, 50 or so establishments have been awarded this rating. Gastronomic critics from the Michelin Guide visit establishments anonymously to judge the quality of products, the standard of the cooking and flavours, the type of cooking, the price quality ratio and the consistency of quality. Demanding criteria that the following establishments have fulfilled with brio, to maybe land in a few years a second star.
