Trends Toilets in Paris. Visitors and Paris residents alike have all been confronted at one point or another with a pressing need for that basic but most essential of requirements: a clean, properly equipped and accessible public toilet. Paris has more than 400 free automatic public toilets in its 20 arrondissements and at all the major sightseeing spots.
In the spotlight When visiting Paris, why not start… in the middle? The 1st arrondissement boasts some of the French capital’s most emblematic monuments, including the Louvre, Place Vendôme and the Palais-Royal. This is the historic heart of the city – a treasure trove of the cultural and artistic attractions that Paris has to offer.
Buzz on meetings Water has always been integral to Paris. The Seine, its canals and docks and the lakes nestling in the city’s two great woods are unusual settings to host a reception or corporate incentive event.
